Pooling Strengths in the Industrial Chain and Gaining Insight into Industry Transformation—Our Company Invited to Attend the 17th Asia Metal Network International Rare Earth Summit 2026

To accurately grasp the global rare earth industry’s policy trends, market supply and demand dynamics, and cutting-edge technological developments, and to connect with high-quality upstream and downstream resources both domestically and internationally, the 17th Asia Metal Network International Rare Earth Summit 2026 was successfully held in Xiamen, Fujian. The summit brought together hundreds of industry experts from global rare earth regulatory bodies, leading enterprises across the industrial chain, overseas mining and trading organizations, and research institutes. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on key topics including policy regulation, global supply chain restructuring, R&D of new rare earth materials, and emerging downstream demand growth. Our companys business leaders and technical experts were invited to attend, sharing insights on industry opportunities and jointly exploring pathways for high-quality development of the sector.

Against the backdrop of a rapidly shifting global strategic landscape for critical minerals, this summit focuses on five key areas: domestic rare earth policy and regulation, global supply chain dynamics, evolving downstream demand in new energy sectors, localization of high-end rare earth materials, and capacity release from overseas rare earth projects. The event features multiple keynote speeches. Experts in China’s natural resources sector provided in-depth insights into the countrys rare earth resource management plans and industry quota policies during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, emphasizing that China will continue to strengthen the protection of rare earth as a strategic resource, strictly control disorderly expansion of production capacity, and promote a transformation of the rare earth industry toward high value-added, green, low-carbon, and advanced applications.

Faced with an increasingly complex global rare earth supply chain landscape, industry representatives from Australia, the United States, Germany, India, Slovenia, and other countries shared updates on overseas rare earth mine construction progress, as well as evolving market demands for magnetic materials, motors, and rare earth catalysts in Europe, the U.S., and Southeast Asia. They analyzed the opportunities and challenges that overseas industrial chain self-reliance presents for China’s rare earth export trade. Currently, many countries are accelerating domestic localization of critical minerals, overseas rare earth production capacity is gradually being released, and coupled with tightening export controls in China, the global rare earth supply-demand structure is undergoing profound restructuring, leading to significant changes in industry trade models and pricing mechanisms.

In the downstream application segment, the summit focused on emerging sectors such as new-energy vehicles, direct-drive wind turbine motors, humanoid robots, hydrogen energy storage, and industrial catalysis, discussing their growing demand for rare earth permanent magnets, hydrogen storage alloys, and high-purity rare earth compounds. Industry experts unanimously agreed that traditional rare earth markets will maintain steady performance, while new energy and advanced intelligent manufacturing will remain the key drivers of long-term rare earth demand growth. Meanwhile, green smelting technologies and rare earth recycling systems are expected to become critical breakthroughs in shaping future corporate competitiveness.

During the conference, our team attentively listened to cutting-edge industry presentations throughout, carefully analyzed key industry data including the 2026 rare earth raw material price trends, global and domestic supply-demand gaps, and updates on export compliance policies, and engaged in discussions with companies such as Xiamen Tungsten, Lynas Rare Earths, and General Motors. Both sides held in-depth exchanges on topics including rare earth raw material procurement, product export cooperation, customized new material development, and cross-border trade compliance risk management. These interactions established a stable and efficient communication bridge between upstream and downstream partners, laying a solid foundation for expanding overseas and domestic business channels and optimizing the supply chain system in the future.

In the future, our company will continue to focus on its rare earth core business, actively participate in high-level industry exchanges, closely follow global industrial development trends, and pursue innovation-driven growth alongside compliant operations. We will strengthen collaboration across the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, supporting the standardized, high-end, and internationalized high-quality development of China’s rare earth industry.
