Descriptive: WNX employs advanced automated production technology and uses high-quality raw materials to produce high-quality Anhydrous Neodymium Chloride.
Key Features:
High Purity:Anhydrous Neodymium Chloride contains no impurities from rare earth elements (such as iron, calcium, sodium), and the impurity content is low.
Good Solubility: Anhydrous Neodymium Chloride can dissolve rapidly in water and strong acids.
Consistency: The strict batch management in the production of Anhydrous Neodymium Chloride ensures stable quality for industrial large-scale production.
Chemical industry catalyst: Anhydrous neodymium chloride is an important component of catalysts for preparing neodymium-based styrene-butadiene rubber, rare earth isoprene rubber and other synthetic rubbers. It can form an efficient catalytic system with triethylaluminum and other auxiliary catalysts, and is used in the polymerization reactions of monomers such as butadiene and isoprene. In addition, it can also be used to modify titanium dioxide photocatalysts, enabling them to effectively decompose pollutants (such as phenols and dyes) in wastewater under visible light.
Batteries and energy materials: Anhydrous neodymium chloride is the main raw material for preparing metallic neodymium, and metallic neodymium is a key material for manufacturing high-performance NdFeB (neodymium iron boron) permanent magnets. These permanent magnets are widely used in modern energy technologies such as wind turbines and electric vehicle drive motors. It can also serve as the rare earth ion source for neodymium-doped fiber amplifiers and solid-state lasers (such as Nd:YAG lasers).
Corrosion inhibitor: Anhydrous neodymium chloride can be used as an environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitor for aluminum and aluminum alloys. By impregnating or electrolytically depositing it onto the metal surface to form an insoluble neodymium hydroxide protective film, it can significantly enhance the corrosion resistance of the material in harsh environments such as sodium chloride, and its effect is better than that of traditional chromate reagents with lower toxicity.
Chemical synthesis intermediates: As a crucial starting material, anhydrous neodymium chloride is widely used in the synthesis of other neodymium compounds, such as neodymium oxides, neodymium fluorides, and various neodymium salts. It is also a commonly used reagent for fluorescence labeling (used to label biological molecules such as DNA) and for studying absorption spectra.
